The Design and Booking Process
Design Consultation
Visit our office to discuss your vision.
- Consultations typically last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half
- We can meet with you virtually if needed
Receive a custom proposal, within 3 business days of your consultation.
- As details change during the planning process, we can meet and adjust the proposal as necessary
Booking
To secure our services for your event, pay a $5,000 retainer
- Payment Options:

- Wire Transfer/ACH Transfer
- Credit Card
After the retainer, the remaining total will be split into two payments:
one due 90 days before the event, and final payment due 30 days before the event.
Final Design Meeting
We will reach out to schedule a final design meeting to take place around 30 days before the event date.
- We will provide a complimentary mock up of a table centerpiece for you to keep
- Design details will be finalized. And afterward, we will special order your flowers
Event Day
We will set everything up, and clean up afterward, so you can simply enjoy an unforgettable event.
